On 31 March 2010, part of our team of our Swiss firm SG FAFALEN & Co Hong Kong joined a leading Chinese Law firm where Mr. Serge G. FAFALEN, a Swiss lawyer, was appointed Partner, Head of the Private Clients practice. Our other Law firm SG FAFALEN Geneva was not concerned by this operation. |

After an unsuccessful attempt to combine the existing operations of SG FAFALEN & Co Hong Kong with the Chinese Law firm, we have resolved to spin off from the Chinese Law firm and to resume legal practice in Hong Kong as of 15 January 2011 under our trade name SG FAFALEN & Co Hong Kong as the first and only Swiss Law firm in Hong Kong. |

In Hong Kong, we are also pleased to resume our Association with our former colleagues at HUEN & PARTNERS Solicitors, where we will have the support from over 80 lawyers and staffs. Our other Law firm SG FAFALEN Geneva keeps trading as formerly.
